How do I schedule an appointment?
Open the application and search for the specialty you are looking for. Access the smart agenda of each professional and select the best day and time for your appointment. And ready, your schedule will be done!
How do I pay for medical care?
Through the application you see the values of each query. Just register your credit card to make the payment. All of this in a 100% secure way and with your privacy preserved!
Are consultations in person?
Yes! Our system connects patient to doctor and takes him directly to the medical office. Thus, all appointments are made in person keeping the quality´s service provided, making it more personal and direct.
Where do I see my scheduled appointments?
At the bottom of your screen in our App there is a “Calendar” icon. Click on it and automatically all your queries, with date, time, professional name and specialty will appear.
I forgot my password, how to reset?
If you forgot your password, follow these steps:
- Click on “Forgot your password?” (as the image below)
- A new screen will appear, enter your registered email and receive instructions to reset your password.
